“If your tampon ever gets stuck or lost, you can always ask your dad, mom, or friend to help you get it out” Sex Ed/health teacher told a class of 4th grade girls this. Do you think this was appropriate

I over hear the zoom call and one child asks if tampons ever go missing. Teacher responded that if it ever gets stuck or lost, you can ask your dad, mom, or friend to help you get it out. Now I’ve lost a tampon before cause my BF started fucking me with it in and we both forgot, shit you not, he was knuckles deep in me trying to get this thing out. So when I heard the teacher said this I couldn’t mind my business. One, I wouldn’t be comfortable even helping my daughter. Doctor all the way and only exceptions would be if she had 2 seconds to live and doctor was 5 mins away, then yes but that won’t happen. I get it’s her father, but that reaches a comfort zone I’m not even comfortable with. We’re not talking about a nose or ear. Her friend??? What friend, please tell me how this is even a good option to suggest. Part of me wants to tell the school but am I over reacting? I don’t find it appropriate
