Late Period, negative tests

I am late by 8/9 days. My period is not super regular but I am on day 41 of my cycle and I always have it by day 35/36 at the latest. I’ve taken several tests that are negative and I don’t know what to do at this point. I am supposed to be tracking my ovulation for my doctor but I can’t keep tracking if my period doesn’t come. I don’t know what to do at this point.

*also I had a miscarriage in early March of this year and haven’t gotten pregnant or been on birth control since.

Any advice?😕
