Has anyone tried Letrozole? And does it work?

Today I found out I may have PCOS. But that I CAN hold a pregnancy ( YAY). Tomorrow I go in for blood work and November 4th I go in for a ultrasound and shes going to prescribe me Letrozole since Clomid didn't work 2 years ago when I tried it. My doctor failed to tell me I had 6 cycts all those years ago or else I would of already been on this. (I happily changed doctors) My questions are- Can I really get pregnant on it? Ive spent 7 years believeing I cant have kids

I took clomid for 6 months and I didn’t get pregnant. Then I started taking Letrazole 5mg and I got pregnant on my second cycle on it. I’m currently 19+3 with Boy/Girl twins! 💙💗

I'm currently on my 2nd cycle with Letrozole last month I was on 2.5 and this month she bumped me up to 5 mg a day. Really hoping this works 🤞🏻

I’m currently pregnant from Letrozole. I’m due in 3 weeks. I did 3 rounds of 2.5mg which didn’t work and then my first round of 5mg is what got me pregnant. Sending you all the luck!

With our first baby it took us 5 years to get pregnant on Letrozole 7.5. Now I’m pregnant with our second took us 2 months naturally. Good luck 🍀

Letrozole 7.5 worked for me but sadly MC at 8 weeks.

It did work for us ! But unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. But it does work !
