Has anyone had back pain on left side in early pregnancy before BFP?

What early symptoms did you have before you got your BFP??

2 to 5 dpo - cramping
6dpo - let down feeling in breasts, tight spot next to my belly button
7 dpo - pinching above pubic bone and around belly button, snot like glob of CM (sorry tmi), dizzy spells
8 dpo - dizzy, heart flutters
9 dpo - migraine from hell
10 dpo - still migraine
11 dpo - leaked milk from breast (hasn't happened since my son was an infant), heart flutters --- BFP

Slight cramping, slight headaches

I personally was nauseous for straight 3 hours and I just knew I was pregnant,  that’s all lol took a pregnancy test an hour later and of course it was positive
