Husband and dogs

Im pregnant we have 2 young kids. We both work 10 hrs a day and the dogs dont go out like they should. They both pee ajd poop inside like crazy im constantly cleaning and im tired of it. Its not fair to me the girls or the dogs. My husband doesnt want to get rid of the dogs but we dont know what else to do. Theyve ruined the hardwood and the walls to the cabinets. The walls r always stained yellow. Etc. Crates dont work we tried. Am i wrong to want to get rid of them and live a happy like with my family. I dont even wanna come home because its just gonna stink and be pee everywhere. Ive scrubbed the floors and its still disqusting basically apartment is ruined due to the dogs
