Letrozole 7.5mg & IUI Success stories?

I’m on cycle day 9 and just finished my last dosage of letrozole. This will be my third IUI. My last two cycles I used 100MG of clomid( had a weak ovulation) then 150MG of clomid and had one 19MM follicle and one 15MM follicle and didn’t get pregnant still.

My RE said I couldn’t go any higher on clomid so that’s why we tried the highest dose of letrozole and I will get my third IUI next week.

I have unexplained infertility.
