Hey everyone I just have a quick question that google wasn’t helping me with. I’ve noticed that the day before I start my new pill pack I feel really sad and worry a lot. I know that birth control can cause mood swings, but I haven’t experienced it anywhere else in the month, just when I’m starting a new pack. Was wondering if anyone else had this same experience? Plz share :)
