Do you think serial killers in jail admire each other?

Random question my grandma asked me and now I can’t it out of my mind. When serial killers are in jail together do you think they would admire each other or be disgusted by their crimes? Do you think because they are mentally ill they would think their own crimes are okay but crimes committed by other people are wrong? Like a child killer would he hate another person who has killed a child and think they deserve to be punished or would they admire them for also killing children?

Most serial killers aren’t doing it just for the kill they get sexual satisfaction, they think they have to do it, they have reasons outside of just murder and most have some sort of mental fuck up therefore I doubt they admire anyone except themselves. There is people who copycat others because of admiration but that’s a whole other kind of fucked up going on

Serial killers don’t give a flying fuck about anyone else. Sometimes they care about how their own children perceive them￼, but that’s about it. They are not worried about any other serial killers.

It honestly would depend on each individual. Criminal minds actually is a good show to watch (albeit being typical TV and dramatacized a lot) if you’re interested in the mindset of serial killers. Just bc you see them as the same, bc they all have the same result (murdering multiple people) the mindset behind them is often vastly different.
