I don’t know what is going on atm!

I had a mmc in September resulting in surgery on the 25th September! The bleeding was quite sporadic and the tests kept coming back positive, I had a funny and ended up in hospital where they said the test came back negative. From there I started using opk’s they were really light then got to how they are in the picture and now getting lighter again! Did I even ovulate? I haven’t had a period yet and starting to think I’m gonna have to wait for a period before being able to ttc again!
