So I don’t know much about these things because I grew up very strict Christian but I thought I’d come here for some advice or answers.

Last night while sleeping (I think I was sleeping, or maybe it was a dream) but an invisible force would not let me get up. Every time I put my hands up, “it” would push my arms down and every time I tried to grab my phone, it would also not let me do that. I felt like I fought all night with this invisible force. I woke up extremely exhausted and the smell of cigarette smoke all around me. (No smokers in the house). It was the strangest thing to ever happen to me. Can anyone help me understand what that was or maybe what it means??
