HCG very high

Sooooo I had an hcg blood test done yesterday and got a call today with the results. My hcg is very high so my doctor is thinking that either I’m further along than I thought or that I’m having twins 😮😮😮 anyone else experience this ?? I have to wait until the 11th for my ultrasound as there aren’t any sooner appointments, I’m going to die of anticipation!!! Going again tomorrow for more blood work to see how much higher my hcg level climbs.

Ps - does anyone know how to read these results to estimate how many weeks I am if it’s not twins ?? It’s very confusing!
