5 weeks 6 days no yolk sac. Empty gestational

Hey y’all! I need your help! I have so much anxiety. I went to my vaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days. No yolk sac. Just a gestational sac the lady said. I have no bleeding. She said it looks to be measuring up to size (6 week) and I’m freaking out that it’s empty and I can’t see anything!!! However the top photo in the second one I swear I see something so tiny!!!! Is this normal? She said it could be to early and ruled out an ectopic pregnancy. She also said it’s in the right spot, and my Pap smear looked good. Did anyone else not have a yolk Sac until later on? Please tell me your experience . I got my blood drawn to test hcg, blood type, and progesterone. I am still just so worried. My next appointment is on Wednesday so I’ll be 6 weeks and 5 days and I’m scared I still won’t see anything ! I need prayers !!!
