6weeks 3 days-has anyone had NO symptoms?!

I’m really nervous that I haven’t had any symptoms at all yet other than missing my period and having positive pregnancy tests. Did anyone else have no symptoms?

I’m 6 weeks 3 days according to the app too! I’ve also not had any symptoms what so ever apart from the past couple of day’s I’ve had mild craps that were like period pains. Apart from that nothing and I don’t even have my first appointment for another three weeks.
I keep taking tests every day to just put my mind at rest and they’re still positive. I wouldn’t look into it, maybe were just lucky for the time being ❤️❤️❤️🥰

6+1 and very mild symptoms and it’s probably just because I’m on progesterone. Very anxious for my first ultrasound next week

I’m Nearly 5 weeks and i still have on and off mild lower back cramps, breast tenderness, moody and slight nausea.

Only symptom I have is exhaustion but that’s due to insomnia! I’m also super bloated by the end of the day. I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow. I get nervous too because I feel so normal.
