Losing hair during fertility treatment?

I already have thin hair but I feel like my hair is constantly falling out after shower (more than ever) since starting treatments. Did this happen to anyone else? Anything I should do?

Oh yeah. Mine is so thin now due to all of the meds. Super annoying. I switched to Nioxin for 6 months and added more red meat to my diet (I rarely ate it before- mostly lean meat). After 6 months I wanted a more natural alternative due to IVF so I switched again to Taoist soap. So far the diet and shampoo changes have helped but its still pretty thin. However, I do notice that less falls out. 
Ill add, I don't use much heat on my hair at all. Maybe 2x-4x per month if that.

YES! I feel like I have no hair. It was already thin to begin with. It falls out constantly.
