If you were at a casino one night and found out there was a person there with COVID the same night, would you self quarantine?

Long story short, my husband's parents have a gambling problem. They were out at the casino last week and found out there was a person at the casino the same night who tested positive for covid-19 and they could have been exposed. Now they're still doing things they'd normally do, shopping, going to other casinos, and going out to dinner. They did not self quarantine. Am I wrong to think they're being incredibly wreckless by not quarantining?

They also want to see our children, but there's no way I'm bringing my kids around them right now.
