Workout programs
Because of Covid I started working out at home. Will finish a 4 week program I found online.
I want to focus more on lower body and reduce my stomach, my upper body muscles bulk up effortlessly lol and I hate that lol I do exercises with less resistance for my upper body.
What workout programs you recommend , or you have tried that worked ?
PS: Also I want to gain mass and not lose weight.
