Ovidrel IUI? When can I trust a BFP?

We did our fourth and final (before IVF) Clomid IUI, and second with Ovidrel. Last month I tested 14 days after shot (12 dpo) and it was negative. So I did the same today and it’s positive. I didn’t test out the trigger shot and I don’t want to get my hopes up. Anyone have this dark a line this many days post trigger and it was attributable to the shot?

I know I should wait 2 days til my period is due but the wait it SO hard. I have had 2 MCs, one chemical and then a long delay with nothing so we start treatment. Ttc#1!
