20 weeks scan results

Hey Ladies. Can someone please tell me if you see any abnormalities in the results below. I had a midwife appointment yesterday. She told me that the femur ( the longest bone in the thigh) length in both legs is different. That’s why she want me to do another ultrasound. But my Gp also has a copy of my ultrasound results and she told me everything looks good. The baby is growing perfectly. I am very confused and very upset at the same time. I would really appreciate if someone can share any thoughts. Thanks .
