When is the best time to have sex when your ovulating?

Ok so I’ve been googling stuff every single day to find out when is the best time to have sex because glow told me my ovulation day would start on the 19th of this month but I just got my I believe somewhat positive today. I’ve been having intercourse literally everyday because idk what I’m doing some one please help. I downloaded this app and the app called Flo but this app has been more accurate so should we try again tonight to make sure it’s sticks because I’m not sure, and I don’t want to get Bv🤦🏽‍♀️

The best time to have sex is the day you get your first positive opk since that means that you will likely ovulate in 12-36 hours. It allows sperm to be waiting when the egg is released. It is also reccomended to have sex the 2 days after your positive opk.

You should BD every other day starting the day after your period. Then when you get your first positive OPK, BD that night, the next night, and the next night (3 days in a row). Then Skip one night, then do it one more night. 
A lot of women don’t know this but there is a large percentage of women that have already ovulated once they get a positive OPK, so if you wait for it to be positive, you may have missed your window. That’s why every other day starting the day after your period will really help catch the egg.
