Any tips for severe constipation?

I’ve drank water, eat fruit, cranberry juice, miralax, milk of magnesia, walking, going to the er for pain. Nothing has worked & I need something to help ASAP 😭 I feel like I’m going to die. Stm and it was never this bad of pain! I can’t barely eat anything or keep anything down because of it. Pls pls pls help me 😩 I just need relief. 9w2d

Following. Ive been one two stool softeners daily, now miralax daily for 3 days. Even did a suppository and STILL cannot go. Im seriously about to go to the ER or try an enema

You need to increase your magnesium dosage! You don‘t need anything else. I take 300mg throughout the day when I feel constipated.

Huge enema and then try to keep up on it to where you poop everyday to every other day. With my first I went 14 days without taking a poo and had to have a HUGE enema thing my mom brought home from the hospital.

Take fiber supplement everyday. I take a spoonful of normafiber granules and did so even before pregnancy.
