Do you ovulate if you’re breastfeeding?

I got my first postpartum period a few weeks ago and have been <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> with cheap strips and my BBT and nothing indicates I am ovulating.

I’m getting extremely frustrated and worried.

I only BF once a day.

If you have gotten your period, you should (assuming you ovulated regularly before). If you haven’t started your period yet, then no💕

Since you got 1 period already then yes, you most likely ovulated before that period came. Now keep tracking to see if/when you do again and then see if/when you get period again
