Has anyone here experienced fecal impaction and had to manually disimpact yourself. I have been constipated for a week now and I’m in so much agony. Whenever I sit on the toilet I feel pressure and the sensation my stool is on it’s way out, but it’s stuck and not showing any signs on coming out on it’s own. I’ve tried prunes, adding more fibre I get plenty of exercise. I need immediate relief I can’t even sit or stand or lay down I’m having so much discomfort. Please help !
