Breast pumping

I’m pumping milk since 15 days and 6 times a day mostly from 15-25 min each time right now my left nipple feels a little sore and kinda lumpy around the corner. Kind of painful when i press it

Anything I need to worry about haven’t contacted my obgyn about it
