How many weeks?

I am abit confused how many weeks I am. Anyone tell me because I have 3 different things telling me something different. Testee positive on 23rd. 
1. 3 weeks 5 days
2. 4 weeks
3. 4 weeks 4 days

Go from the first day of your last period- once you have your first sonogram they’ll confirm the due date. This app was accurate for me; had very regular cycles

5wks from lmp. About 4wks from your ovulation date(if that’s when you ovulated) your ultrasound will tell you more accurately.

You count from the first day of your last period. I ovulated a week late with my second daughter and my due date was changed after Us to reflect that.
