5 week 6 day HCG levels...but empty gestational sac

Y’all, I went in at 5 weeks and 6 days and all we were able to pick up was the gestational sac. After my blood work my lab results came in at:

Hormone level (HCG) 12,252

Progesterone 15 ( she said above 12 is good )

Iron 12.5

Blood type B+

( she said everything blood work looks good and we should be able to see something on Wednesday! Should I be worried or is this a good sign? Also my HCG is super high compared to what I’ve seen. Is this a normal range? Do you think I will see something in my next scan which is 5 days after my first appointment? )

Some people told me it could be multiples based on my HCG being so high? Anyone with multiples experience a similar range?
