Anyones doc tell them that they think baby will come before due date (after a cervical check) and they were right!?

Anyone’s doctor tell them they think baby will come before their due date after one of their cervical checks and have it be true? My doc told me this after my 37 week cervical check/appointment and I am wondering what my chances are of it being true haha. Hoping he’s right 🤞🏼

With my first son they told me that at 36 weeks I was 2CM 90% thinned I went to 39+4

My dr said I’d probably deliver at 36 weeks... I delivered at exactly 36 weeks 😂

My dr told me at my 38 week appointment that she would probably see my in L&D before my next appointment, I went into labor 3 days later.

My doctor told me at 37 weeks she’d be surprised if she saw me at my next appointment. 
I was 3 days early. I sat at fully effaced and 3.5 cm for about 3 weeks. Then at my 39 week appointment was 4.5 cm. 4 days later I went into labor.
