I don't. It's okay, but there's too much past abuse for it to ever be good. And her reaction to my daughter's molestation was unforgivable. No one should treat the abuser as the victim. Ever.

My mom is a good person but she’s an addict so it’s off and on

My biological mother and I do not have a relationship anymore. After years of hurt in many ways it was better for me to just walk away. 
My step mom and I are super close and I refer to her as my mom for the past 10+ years.
