Sandpaper nipples
I'm breastfeeding, FTM of a month old daughter. Unless I'm topless my nipples feel like all material is made out of sandpaper. I obviously can't be topless all the time. Breastmilk pads don't feel any better than any other material.
Any advice?
I'm using coconut oil after each feeding and sleeping topless for air circulation to help healing.
Also my nipples burn for like 5 minutes AFTER nursing. But no pain during nursing... weird right?
