Mental health first time moms

Anyone else struggle with their mental health? What are tips and tricks you’ve found to be beneficial when your usual coping techniques fail and you’re unable to “get a grip”?

It’s been a pretty insomniac sort of night filled with high anxiety, severe stress induced panic attacks and non stop tears and vomiting. I’ve tried the usual method of warm bath/shower with CBD lavender soak, lotion, talking it out with a partner almost to the point I got so worked up I was lightheaded from hyperventilating. I workout, drink fluids, eat balanced diet and try to keep the bipolar under control but seems to be slipping into a rough patch again. Both the Ob for the baby and high risk pregnancy and nurse practitioner that is for mental health have been notified and tell me to just breath. Well mediation only goes so far...
