Really weird - BBT stayed high after my period, then went even higher
Anyone ever had the issue of high temps during and after period? My light period happened when my temp dropped 98.16 but rose to 98.36 the very next day, the light bleeding lasted 4days now my temps are now even higher. My usual temp is 97.65 but I haven’t dropped back down yet.
What was your outcome in a phenomenon like this? I attached my charts so you can have a visual.
