Support after C section
hi everyone i want to lose weight ..but its so hard for me after C sction to lose weight..its only 4 months of C section..i have no idea where to start..i am double minded that i should not lose weight may be i am pregnant ...and when period comes then i think that u was not pregnant i only gain a weight this month..so i want to ask some suggestions..because i am Pcos too and the only way to get pregnant is to lose weight and only wants to lose 6 to 7 kg..so
should i start to running or exercising after C section?
is there is no problem of pregnancy either i run or exercise?
