is it true IRL that you can have your period once or twice during early pregnancy?

i’ve heard of friends who’ve experienced this

can you conceive but have your period the exact next day?

anyone who has experienced either of these, please chime in.

i have been moodier than ever the past 3 days.

super nauseous in the mornings and on and off all day and then constant nausea at night.

the past 2/3 days i’ve gone through a whirlwind of random emotions for no apparent reason.

i’ve been happy, sad, depressed, angry, irritable, screaming, crying. all those emotions in one day.

please help if anyone has any experience with this?

just a note: we don’t use protection, i am not on any form of birth control but we do use the withdrawal method.

also, i have lean PCOS, and am taking Spironolactone and it is said to induce ovulation but it also gives me a “period” every 12 days from the last one.
