I’ve been trying to every evening now I am 39 weeks for 30 seconds at a time each side. I produce colostrum in small drops every time, hasn’t jump started labor though 😞

Answer

Doing it for 10-15 seconds isn’t going to hurt anything. Just do it briefly to feel it.
