Pubic bone pain/discomfort
Man! Recently I’ve been experiencing a sore pubic bone. I thought at first I just needed to shave. Shaved and nothing changed. Decided to google and it seems to be normal or SPD maybe? Idk
It’s honestly mainly uncomfortable when I lie down at night
Any remedies that can help?? 😄
