What helped you ladies concieve baby number 3?

We’ve used prenatals 
Preeseed ovulation kits 
Sex everyday in fertile window 
Sex every other day in fertile window 
And more! 
I know some are still trying to conceive their first baby but I’m still struggling with baby 3 so please no horrible comments we’ve been trying for a long time now 😢

For me personally I was doing ovulation tests but I would be doing it every other day around the time I thought it would be, someone also told me to have my orgasum after my husband, so we don't that and I left my bum uo in the air for at least 30mins

How long is a long time? It can take up to 1 year even 2 for a healthy couple to get pregnant, if you have two already they could be one reason, over tired and stressed ect even a different lifestyle can make a difference like skipping meals because your busy being parents
