So I occasionally masturbate with a shower stream, but sometimes I feel...full? Afterwards. It feels really weird, but I can't tell what's full. Like did it go up my urethra? Could some water have gone into my uterus? (I have an IUD if that makes a difference.) Am I just being paranoid?
