16 month old sleep issues 😩

Hello. So I’m looking for some advice. My son is 16 months old and every night since he’s been born I’ve put him to bed. We’ve had the same routine since he’s born. We moved into a new home about a month ago and he finally has his own room. Prior his crib was always in our room. After I put him to sleep in his crib he wakes up at night and I end up bring him to our bed. I know bad habit on my part 😩 I don’t know where to start but I need some advice on getting him to fall asleep on his own and for him to sleep through the night. Thank you!
