This is my second month of charting the BBT

I had a pretty big spike this morning

I’m worried this isn’t good

But I’m a bit confused with the chart also

I feel I’ve missed some days of charting it on here but I have them on my other app every day

This is a spike for me. And I’m not sure why. AF due in 6 days

🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️. Did I do something wrong? I had high fertility on the 16th and my peak on the 17th. My temp dropped on the 19th. Then started rising up again the next day It dropped back down on the 23rd. Then it’s been rising again But this morning it shot up to 36.7

Sorry it’s long. But I’m confused
