My puppy always eats laying down..

Not sure if this is something to be concerned about or not. She has pretty much always ate laying down since we got her about a month ago. She sees the vet and he says she’s healthy and developing properly. Could it be she’s just really lazy when it comes to eating?

She is still super playful, drinks and still eats a lot. I started putting her bowl up on a step stool but then she’ll only eat a bit, go play, remember it’s there eat a little more then go play again. Also should mention half the time if I raise it so she isn’t able to lay down and eat, she’ll sit instead and just eat that way.

Does anybody else’s dog eat laying down and there’s nothing wrong with them?
