Less amniotic fluid 😔

Hey everyone. I had my doppler scan today at 34 weeks. Sonographer told me that i have less liquor level. Its 7.5cm. Gynaecologist has prescribed 7 injections "clexane" on alternate days. I just wanted to inquire that is 7.5cm really less? Idk why but i dont want to go for these injections. What are the natural ways to increase amniotic fluid as quickly as possible?
