I’m confused? 🤦🏽‍♀️

I got my bfp on Saturday. Went to the doctor Monday and my hcg was... 22 at 11 dpo. Went on Wednesday and my hcg was.... 74 at 13 Dpo.

Is this a good rise and did anyone else have similar numbers? My doctor said these numbers aren’t normal... I’m confused. 🤦🏽‍♀️
