The new normal

So prior to my first born I was a personal trainer (after losing 130lbs). I basically lived in the gym! Since having my kiddo and transitioning to being a stay at home mom, I've had such a hard time getting workouts in and maintaining my healthy weight, I gained about 40 lbs and am working to get it lower. We've been TTC for 3 years for #2 and just had a cancelled round of IVF due to poor response to the medication.

My new normal is having the tiniest gym buddy ever working out by my side. Healthy habits start early and so trying to always better my health is definitely the example I want to set, even if my own vision of myself isn't ideal.
