HEEEELP PLEASE

Hi, I’m 16! Okay so I was looking down in my area because these pst two days I’ve been cramping and it’s almost time for my period . Well I keep having to pee , so I looked down there like on the INSIDE , inside . And what I see is like obviously my vag walls , but under my pee hole , their was like a lump in my vag? And another lump under that? So like a lump between a lump? Not sure if this is normal? Am I at risk? Am I gonna die ? I’m scared . It’s all on the actual INSIDE. And when I like push my muscles it moves and looks longer ? Idk?
