Yes, as long as you took the pill again that night. The BC pill is meant to be taken at the same time every day/night/morning. Now, if you just started the pill, it takes a few weeks to be effective, so keep that in mind.

If tonight is the first night absolutely not!!!!!!! you need to read the instructions. 
If you’ve been taking it a while (consult instructions) then as long as you consistently take it it’s fine. It’s not like a one pill per one sex thing. 
If you’re talking a plan b pill that’s different. I suggest having more responsible sex. That’s not 100% going to work for anything and more sex might just serve to up your chances of pregnancy.
