I just read that drinking coffee could cause low weight birth effect and later on health problems. 😩😩😩 All I need is a small cup a coffee a day to get rid of my headache.

Yup! Up to 200mg of caffeine per day (you choose whether that’s tea, coffee, other drinks like soda etc, chocolate) is considered safe. Usually an 8-12 oz cup of coffee is 200mg depending on the roast of the coffee beans that you’re using and how strong you make your coffee.

Drink the coffee mama! Just watch your caffeine intake. I drink a cup in the morning when I’m on the way to work and I’ll drink a small glass of tea in the afternoon. I usually survive on caffeine so I do this to keep the headaches at bay. I drank it during my first pregnancy and he was almost 8 lbs at birth.
