I am halfway through my first round of letrozole. My husband and I have been trying for a year for baby #2. I ovulate on my own but we just haven’t had success up to this point. My OB just started me on Letrozole 2.5 mg CD 5-9. Has anyone has success with letrozole after “unexplained infertility”?

Really looking for some stories to give me hope. Feeling like my body is failing me in this.
