My son is almost a month and I just had his checkup and I guess I haven’t been pushing the skin down far enough when I change his diaper?! I knew I needed to but I thought I was supposed to do

It gently and I guess I wasn’t pulling it down far enough. The doctor didn’t seem too concerned, but she did say there was scar tissue. Did I ruin my baby’s penis?! (And do not comment if you are against circumcision because I really don’t care that you don’t agree with my choice)
