Vvvfl...on birth control?

I swear I kept seeing a verrrrrrrrrrry faint line. The one that's the most obvious was a little edited so you can see but

I got two more pink pills until my period week and ive been cramping all day the past few days along with lower back pain last night. I just had a baby in August and have taken a test last month to make sure all HCG was out of my body just incase and the first response came up negative at that time. Could I be? 🥴

If this really was to be positive...has this happened to you?
