BBT thermometer

What bbt thermometer do you recommend? I just started tracking my temp with a thermometer I got off Amazon. Problem is that 1. I have mild hearing loss and can’t here the beeps when it’s done snd 2. It’s really dark in my room and I can’t read the temperature without turning the light on and waking my husband. Is there a thermometer that lights up the temperature when it’s done? And/or notifies you in another way than sound? Or do you ladies have a suggestion on how I can make my current thermometer work for me?
