My husband and I have been trying for 6 months, tracking and timing correctly, so we were worried something was off and both got tested.

Just got my husband’s sperm analysis back and found out that he has a low count of 10 million/mm. His motility is 40% but morphology is only 1%. I had an ultrasound yesterday and my lining looks healthy and had a couple of really good sized follicles pre ovulation. Cycles are normal, with a good temp rise post ovulation, so my doctor isn’t concerned about me for now.

Anyone have success stories of conceiving naturally with a low count? What did you do to raise your SO’s count? Going to continue to try naturally for a couple more cycles, but I tend to go worst case scenario right away, so looking for some encouragement and hope!
